$750 SPECIAL EDUCATION DOC REVIEW AND INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE SESSION

For parents who are not sure about what steps to take, if any, to improve the education that a child is receiving, we offer a Special Education Doc Review Session and Individual Guidance Session. This service includes a special education document review and subsequent 30-45 minute virtual guidance session with Danielle Randolph, M.Ed., Ed.S., special education advocate with the law firm of Abdnour Weiker LLP. Danielle is a licensed school psychologist and former Special Education Coordinator, now an advocate for children with disabilities of all ages.

As part of this service, Danielle will review your child’s two most recent IEPs and progress reports, the most recent special education evaluation, any relevant outside evaluation, and any recent behavior assessment or plan. Following review of these documents, Danielle will hold a 30-45 minute meeting to review the educational services received and discuss steps that could be taken to improve the educational and/or behavioral outcomes for your child.

To get started, complete the form below. Once submitted, we will contact you to gather any additional documents needed and the payment. Completing this inquiry form does NOT obligate you to the session, nor does it obligate Abdnour Weiker, LLP or Danielle Randolph to accept the session. You may also CALL US to ask additional questions or enroll. All information gathered in the intake process is held in confidence regardless of whether the session is purchased and/or scheduled.

Our experience with advocate Danielle Randolph was top notch.... She was thorough with the records provided to her and stayed on top of communication with the school. She helped to ease the tension that had been created among the IEP “Team” and was able to voice our concerns and desires for our student. Danielle would be a great asset for anyone needing help to advocate for their child in difficult IEP meetings. She had great knowledge of the in’s and out’s of a proper IEP and the necessity of appropriate goals and measurement tactics of those goals. We would highly recommend having Danielle Randolph by your side to advocate for your student!

Mrs. Randolph has gone above and beyond of establishing herself first and foremost as a parent and student advocate. She has a unique skill set of being able to foster positive relationships with parents to help build stronger relationships between the student and staff to help meet the child’s needs. Mrs. Randolph is unbelievable at seeking new methods and researching trends that would help [school] staff find solutions to hurdles their students would be facing in the classroom setting.
