What is Business Law?
Business law, also known as commercial law, is the area of law that applies to the rights, relationships, and conduct of persons engaged in business. Business law attorneys help with the creation of new businesses and the issues that arise as businesses interact with employees, clients, governments and other businesses. It is often necessary for a business law attorney to address issues related to other practice areas, such as intellectual property, real estate, franchising, employment law, unemployment and bankruptcy.
